I would like to send you observations of a new variable star (Brh
V157), which I have discovered in a systematic CCD-based search for new
variables.
Instruments:
CCD-camera: Starlight Xpress SX (unfiltered)
Telescope: Celestron-8 (20 cm Schmidt-Cassegrain)
New variable star:
new Brh V157 21 04 55.7 +24 56 15 11.7-12.0 (CCD unfiltered)
comments: Brh V157: GSC 2177-626
The comparison stars are GSC 2177-701 (11.8 mag) and GSC 2177-630 (11.39 mag).
The following observations and the ASAS data suggest an WUMa variable with a
period of 0.9636 days.
