I would like to send you observations of a new variable star (Brh
V154), which I have discovered in a systematic CCD-based search for new
variables.
Instruments:
CCD-camera: Starlight Xpress SX (unfiltered)
Telescope: Celestron-8 (20 cm Schmidt-Cassegrain)
New variable star:
new Brh V154 20 06 42.5 +24 59 21 12.9-13.2 (CCD unfiltered)
comments: Brh V154: GSC 2158-1863
The comparison stars are GSC 2158-1183 (11.03 mag) and GSC 2158-1025
(11.24 mag)
The following observations, the ROTSE and ASAS data suggest an WUMa variable
with a period of 0.76884 days.
